Story & History

In 1948, Lester Robert Nigh started a construction company in Bucyrus, Ohio with the goal to design and build customized homes for the community. He was intentional about making sure that all homes were custom made specifically for each of his clients. Anvil Development has the same mantra in mind by staying true to this mindset by making sure that all coaching and consulting packages designed are customized for each business and team member we work with. Lester Robert Nigh is the late Grandfather of Anvil Development’s Founder, Timothy Nigh. His action’s on this earth were transformational in many lives. Timothy Nigh and the Team members of Anvil Development are committed to carry on that same mentality and the legacy of Lester!
